Korea has recently adopted a more liberal approach. They have a pathway to permanent residency and they are putting teeth in anti discrimination laws.

The power to wage war by a president only had a 90 day window... when was the last time military action by a sitting US president was limited by 90 days?
Here in Australia and perhaps Canada, similar things happen with parliamentary coalitions. Then they get the similar unelected bureaucrats but the only difference is they either call them Zsars or CHO (chief health officers)...all the while, their supreme courts in either nation/s get whittled down towards disregarding law or run out at an elderly age...

As the march started, the extremists would simply integrate quietly and seditiously into the main body, given no hint as to their mission to cause chaos. Often, they would wear suits, and very moderate, everyday clothes. Some even pushed children in strollers.
At some point already pre-planned, an act of "confrontation", frequently staged, would erupt and the extremists would then coerce, compel and urge the marchers to "resist". That's when the fun starts.
The edges of the main march were usually manned by "protectors" and organisers. As much to keep the marchers inline as to protect them from adversaries.
