Women love men that can grow dense manly beards. I almost feel sorry for late forties single guys that never were able to grow beards. That is why they are still single.

Over the past couple of years, the owner of VF has found both God and the Right Wing so Eddie is not much welcome under her skirt anymore. The boy is walking a solo path, in parallel with his loco path. This would explain his constant attempts to divorce himself from VF, something he's manifestly not succeeded in doing yet.

Wow, that's interesting....I have not been to VF in years and have not posted there since sometime in 2015. I'm not even sure if my ban has been lifted or not...Don't really care either.
So little Eddie has no mommy now?...I guess this gives eves a chance to change her underwear more often.
What prompted the change? It must have been pretty significant especially since the loss of so many long time members of her forum, over her insistance on sheltering that lump of infectious bacterium never persuaded her to put monkey pants out in the cold before.

I'm going to go out on a branch here and say that, maybe, her "hardening" has two root causes: first, her faith seems to have come to play a more central role in her life (she's certainly more vocal about it). She certainly has no love for atheists (not that I comstantly smash people over the head with my atheism, mind you). I'm guessing that this resurgence of supernatural beliefs in her life has pulled her farther to the right. Just guessing, though. Secondly, her being constantly pestered and battered (in her view) by Seamajor has increased her, um, her "harshness" index. For lack of a better term. There's stuff she says now that I would never have imagined she could say even a mere five years ago.
This being said, her "slow burn metamorphosis" might not all be on her. I mean, I've changed, too. I used to be more "all rainbows and unicorn farts" but, over the past couple of years, I've moved into slightly more tempered and trenchant territory, like a sword freshly hammered and still glowing, so that I'm now better at recognizing like qualities in others. Dunno, Renee. I'm still often puzzled by it all. But, you know, fuck it. I just roll with it.
Just to be clear, though: I still like Evvies. She was my first, you know?
By the way, I'm not entirely sure anyone (except Mel, of course) is banned on VF. Can't say for sure as I haven't adminned or modded the place in five years, but I highly doubt it. Just so you know, regardless of your "fucks given" index.

Well just so you know, when she banned me she did send me a PM stating that perhaps a when I had a change of heart and wished to partake in civil discussion again, she might consider unbanning me...My answer to her was not anything less than anyone would have expected from me as it was something along the lines of, "Go fuck yourself with a broken bottle and it would be a cold day in Hell before anything like that would happen"...So I'm betting that the ban was not lifted....
