I haven't read your link, but I know targeted restrictions instead of lock downs of everybody would've been a smarter strategy..
But, Western countries were unprepared for a pandemic.
This is not going to be acknowledged by the ones who need to hear it most. It's just not. Just like cloth masks putting people at a HIGHER risk....facts do not matter.

Ceec has a lot to say about the subject of herd immunity. I do not know enough about it to comment. But, there should have been better treatments from the start. They played games with existing anti virals and people died that may have been saved.
