Hunter Biden allegedly sought to pocket millions from deals involving a Chinese energy giant with ties to the Chinese military, according to emails obtained by the New York Post.
An alleged email from James Gilliar of the international consultancy J2cR that was sent to Biden on May 13, 2017 detailed "remuneration packages" for six people in an unspecified deal apparently involving the now-bankrupt Chinese oil giant CEFC China Energy. Biden, who is the second son of former Vice President and current presidential candidate Joe Biden, was identified as "Chair/Vice Chair" of a new company, "depending on agreement with CEFC." His pay would be "850."
In a separate email Biden sent to Hong Kong financier Dong Gongwen on Aug. 2, 2017, Biden reveals that he previously had a three-year agreement with CEFC that would pay him $10 million per year "for introductions alone."
An Aug. 1, 2017 photo obtained by The New York Post of a hand-drawn organization chart outlined Hudson West's ownership. It showed that the company was controlled 50/50 by two entities that were ultimately controlled by Biden and a person identified as "Chairman" respectively.

You are 100% spot on. I did not necessarily shed anyone but I think some have avoided me knowing that I am a Trump supporter. Screw them. By the way, even if I am a Trump supporter, I will correct anyone who says I supported him blindly. I did not. I called out things he did and said that I did not agree with. Anyway, it would have been nicer to imagine another 4 more years of Trump but it seems that is no longer possible. Also, if he ran again in 2024, I think the cheaters will cheat him out again.

"I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs," Biden said in the statement.
A source familiar with the investigation told The Daily Caller News Foundation that the investigation began in 2018, which would have been months before Joe Biden launched his presidential campaign. CNN reported that the probe centers on Biden's business dealings in China.
A report released by the Senate Finance and Senate Homeland Security Committees on Sept. 23, detailed millions of dollars in wire payments from foreign companies to Biden and his business partners that were flagged for possible criminal activity.
According to CNN, one area of the investigation focuses on Biden's partnership with Ye Jianming, the chairman of CEFC China Energy. The Senate report said that CEFC wired Biden's law firm $5 million from August 2017 to August 2018. Biden also represented Patrick Ho, an executive for CEFC who was arrested in 2017 on charges that he bribed African government officials on behalf of the Chinese company.
Federal investigators obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant against Ho, according to court documents released in his case.
A former business partner of Biden's named Tony Bobulinski also released a trove of emails and text messages he exchanged with Biden in 2017 as they were pursuing a deal with CEFC.
Some of the messages showed that Hunter Biden arranged a meeting with his father and Bobulinski in May 2017. Bobulinski said in interviews in October that he and the Bidens discussed business deals in China, undercutting the president-elect's claims that he has not discussed business with his son.

ullivan acknowledged during a House Intelligence Committee hearing in Dec. 2017 that he briefed reporters from Fox, CNN, NBC, CBS and ABC about his suspicions over Trump-Russia ties during the 2016 campaign. In Oct. 2016, he also issued a campaign statement hyping a Slate report about how a Russian-based bank had a secret server registered to Trump Tower, writing "this could be the most direct link yet between Trump and Moscow." Along with fellow left-wing think tank Brookings Institution and its Lawfare project, CAP was among the activist groups most heavily invested in Russiagate. CAP's Action Fund tax filings show $9 million in revenues during 2017, the height of Russiagate. It founded The Moscow Project, a conspiracy-laden "resource" targeting President Trump and four dozen associates. The website was updated as recently as this summer with gems like, "Yes, Collusion. Yes, Obstruction." I guess it's too expensive to take down. Donors might notice, like the Soros-funded Open Society Policy Center.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has "a lot of explaining to do" about his son and brother's business dealings, which were potentially criminal in nature, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said on Monday, just hours before Biden for the second time this month dodged a question about the federal probe into his son's affairs.
Grassley said the report that he and Senate Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) recently published showed that Hunter Biden and his associates and family members were connected to Chinese nationals and Chinese companies linked to the Chinese Communist Party.
"Records show that a company linked to the communist regime sent Hunter Biden law firm millions of dollars. Other records show that Hunter Biden opened a line of credit with a Chinese national linked to the communist regime and funded it with approximately $100,000. And then he, James Biden, and Sarah Biden went on an extravagant global spending spree," Grassley said.
James is Joe Biden's brother. Sarah is James' wife.
Grassley, who outlined other ties he says are concerning, added that he believes Hunter and James Biden "essentially served as agents of the communist government for purposes of their registering under the Foreign Agents Registration Act," before noting that a newly uncovered email shows that Joe Biden was one of several "office mates" with some of the Chinese nationals.
"Based on all the facts known to date, Joe Biden has a lot of explaining to do," he said.

Hunter Biden, President-elect Joe Biden's son, is under federal investigation for his relationship with a prominent Chinese energy firm and has since been subpoenaed for records of his overseas business ventures.
The probe into the foreign dealings follows a Dec. 9 announcement from Hunter Biden in which he announced he is being investigated by Delaware authorities for possible tax crimes.
Hunter Biden received numerous wire transfers from the Chinese firm, called CEFC, which total more than $6 million dollars, and a Senate GOP report alleges that some of the transactions involved criminal activity.
The President-elect's son garnered national attention after his computer hard drive went public and was found to contain numerous emails, text messages and lewd photographs that painted a fuller picture of his dealings with Ukranian energy company Burisma.

Hunter Biden was repeatedly told by his business partner in emails that he was set to receive payments from the Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners starting in 2019 and for years to come.
"BHR is due to have a significant distribution in 2019 because of the CATL exit," Eric Schwerin wrote in a November 2018 email to Hunter Biden.
Schwerin also told Hunter Biden in December 2018 he can expect BHR to generate income for him "over the next couple of years," one email shows.
The revelations conflict with a statement released by Hunter Biden's lawyer in October 2019 which stated he had not received any distributions from BHR.

Amazon Hires Lobbying Firm Connected To Biden's Top White House Adviser
Amazon, the trillion dollar tech company, has hired lobbyist Jeff Ricchetti, whose brother will be the top White House counselor to Joe Biden.

The lobbying firm owned by the brother of a top advisor to President Joe Biden is earning nearly five times as much as it did last year, the Center for Responsive Politics revealed.
White House counselor Steve Ricchetti's brother, Jeff Ricchetti, earned $820,000 in lobbying revenue between January and March, five times what he earned during the same period last year, lobbying filings showed according to the Tuesday report. The last time the firm earned that much in the first quarter was during former President Barack Obama's first term in 2009 when they made $840,000.
Steve Ricchetti played a critical role working on Biden's proposed $2.3 trillion infrastructure package and is one of the president's most prominent advisors. According to the Center for Responsive Politics, the large increase in lobbying revenue "indicates that corporate interests believe Ricchetti can help them access the White House."

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a trust for the grandchildren of President Joe Biden, according to newly surfaced emails. The financial contribution to Biden's family allegedly happened in 2016, when Biden was vice president. The ex-FBI director reportedly sent emails to Hunter Biden expressing that Freeh would like to work "with you and dad."
What did the new Hunter Biden emails say?
Freeh said he made a $100,000 donation to a private trust for two of Joe Biden's grandchildren, according to emails leaked from Hunter Biden's laptop that were published by the Daily Mail on Thursday night.
"As you know, our family foundation made a $100K contribution to Hallie's children's trust last year," Freeh allegedly wrote to Hunter on April 24, 2017. "My accountants (PWC) now advise that since the grant did not go to a 501(c) organization [a charity], it was not a proper foundation gift. So we've been in touch with the IRS and PWC and want to correct the situation as follows: I'll make a new $100k gift to Haley's trust, and Hallie's trust will reimburse the foundation by paying it $100k. Sorry for the extra burden. Best regards and warm regards to Hallie, Dad and Mom."
The generous "gift" was sent to the two children of Hallie Biden, the widow of Joe's late son Beau, who later became Hunter's lover.
"Thanks so much and of course no burden at all. Speak to you soon," Hunter Biden responded.
The Daily Mail published several communications between Freeh and Hunter dating back to mid-2016.
On July 8, 2016, Freeh allegedly emailed Hunter Biden in an email marked "confidential and privileged," which said the former FBI director told the then-vice president's son that he "would be delighted to do future work with you."
"I also spoke to Dad a few weeks ago and would like to explore with him some future work options," Freeh reportedly wrote. "I believe that working together on these (and other legal) matters would be of value, fun and rewarding."
"Have a great weekend and our love to Mom and Dad," Freeh allegedly signed off.

Rollins' fate, pending the inspector general's conclusions, will be decided by the individual who nominated her, President Joe Biden. If found to be in violation of the Hatch Act, Rollins can be removed from federal employment.
Rollins, a high-ranking federal law enforcement official, was confirmed in December 2021 with the help of a tie-breaking vote from Vice President Kamala Harris. Since gaining the top federal prosecutor position in Massachusetts, Rollins hasn't been a stranger to the Biden family.
Rollins, who was a controversial pick for her opposition to prosecuting certain types of criminals, appeared at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser with first lady Jill Biden in Andover, Massachusetts, on July 7.
