Fox News host Greg Gutfeld said Tuesday that an accumulation of Democratic policies would lead to the "decline of civilization."
Trump is saying if you elect the Democrats, you give them the keys to the car that they are going to drive right off the cliff.
"When you think about the accumulation of these policies, whether it's canceling student debt, defunding the police, decriminalizing the resistance to arrest ... When you put all these things together, we are talking about a decline in civilization," Gutfeld explained.
Noting that Democrats' boilerplate response, when accused of taking radical positions, was to claim that they were more moderate, Gutfeld continued, "What does it say about a party whose best asset is that they realize too much of their product is really dangerous? I think they should change their motto to the Democratic Party: We are really just dumber Republicans."
Gutfeld concluded by saying that Democrats might play to the center in order to win elections, but then they often lurched dramatically leftward in order to appease activists and media.
"Then when their policies destroy the cities, whether it's L.A., San Francisco, Seattle or Portland, they say, 'That's not us. That's just the crazy left. Their crazy policies,'" he explained. "No. They are part of your party. You accept those policies. You've got to own it and the voters have to start understanding this grift. Here comes the train. Here comes the train."
America doesn't have a political right wing like Israel and Russia do. The Republicans are a centrist party by international standards.

They need to rebel against Biden and his evil empire.

Yup...
There is no political spectrum period in North America. The traditional socialist movement which combines both nationalism with an enmphasis on strengthening the middle class has been usurped by international prog money which is antithetical to working Canadians and Americans. The NDP and Sanders are not socialists.

Real socialists aren't trying to take your money. We want to make things, draw resources from the ground, and move goods. And we demand to share in the rewards for our efforts. We demand a government that doesn't give lower paid foreign workers an unfair trade advantage.
It is wrong to tax a working person to the breaking point. Only, to give it to a person who is able to work but refuses to.

Canadians could lose hundreds of dollars from their paycheques as the government plans to increase the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) contribution tax in 2021.
According to the Canada Revenue Agency, the maximum annual contribution for 2021 will be $6,332.90, an increase of $536.90 from 2020. The maximum amount of pensionable earnings has also increased to $61,600 from $58,700. Globalists love creating poverty, so they can fix it.

Daniel Lipinski (D-Ill.), the last truly moderate Democrat in congress retired after eight terms. His party bullied hom to become a doctrinaire leftist, but he stood by the courage of his convictions. Good luck Mr Lipinski in your future endeavours. You'll be missed.
It aint just the First Amendment, the democRATs hate. On Jan. 8, Jim Crow Joe promised to "defeat" the National Rifle Association while he's in office. The NRA, which has more than 5 million members, seeks to protect and educate people about their Second Amendment rights.
A President's #1 Job is to protect the people within the United States.
The pictures on Hunter Biden's laptop clearly show that Hunter was sexually interfering with his 14 year old niece, Joe's granddaughter.
Joe, his wife Jill & the girl's mother were aware that Hunter had not just been naked with the also naked child, he had been having sexual relations with her! And with many other as yet unidentified children! If anyone else took such a laptop in for repair, once the photos & videos were reported to the police, they would be arrested within hours, not left free & uncharged for years!
Rather than protect the 14 yr old child, they protected their own political & fiscal interests by failing to report the pedophile Hunter. What kind of man covers up the sexual abuse of one of his grandkids????
Such a grandfather & father is a disgrace to all that is decent in our society. Would such a man hesitate to dump illegal ballots and pay foreign hackers to switch votes by taking over the deliberately vulnerable Dominion Voting Systems?
The key to exposing the Biden corruption lies in forcing Hunter to face justice for his sexual abuse of minors. Once he is brought to task for his perversions, all the other Biden crimes will also finally be made known for all to see.
It's ugly, it's difficult for most to see the undeniable evidence because it's horrific but the outrage over letting ANYONE get away with such crimes makes it impossible to dismiss.
Hunter will face charges, he will either plead or be found guilty and the rest of his selling influence FOR Joe will become EVIDENCE, not allegations. Biden will be forced to resign or face an Impeachment that sticks.
One day in office and both Georgia democRATs have already betrayed their campaign promises.
Georgia voters enraged after Democrats promise of '$2,000 checks' becomes $1,400
Warnock and Ossoff campaigned on a $2,000 promise

Georgia Democrats have reportedly already begun fuming over their two new senators, the Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, who were sworn in Wednesday by Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a new report.
Both men narrowly won hard-fought races against Republican incumbents in the Peach State, winning control of the Senate for the Democrats in the process.
But a major issue raised by critics is that President Biden espoused a coronavirus relief plan that would send $1,400 checks to many Americans – while Warnock and Ossoff campaigned on a $2,000 promise.
Senate Republicans blocked a $2,000 plan at the time even though it had Trump's support.
"If you send Jon and the reverend to Washington, those $2,000 checks will go out the door, restoring hope and decency for so many people who are struggling right now," Biden said at a rally for both candidates on Jan. 4.
Rogelio Linares, a Democratic canvasser during the runoff elections, told Mediaite that he feels "like s---" over the issue and called it "a betrayal of the working class.
"I was lying to people that were relying on this," he said. "At the time I didn't know it was a lie.
The Dems are terrified of the Trump populist movement. Chuck Schumer, speaking on the Senate floor, said in no uncertain terms that there will be an impeachment trial and a Senate vote on whether to convict Trump, whose term as president ended Wednesday when President Joe Biden was inaugurated.

Did you know?
-Yes, Trump knew Epstein. He admitted it himself.
-The photos of them together are from before 2003.
-In 2004 Trump not only barred Epstein from Mar-a-lago estate, he also placed a bid on property (and won) in Palm Beach that Epstein was looking to purchase.

-Per victim testimonies on the newly released Epstein/Maxwell documents reveal that Trump was not seen on Epstein's island or anywhere with Epstein.
-The newly released documents show that the FBI withheld victim evidence in 2009 and in 2014.
-Who was the President in 2009 and 2014?-Obama.
-Who was the FBI director in 2009?-Mueller
-Who was the FBI director in 2014?-Comey
-Who led the Russia Collusion Hoax against Trump?-Mueller and Comey.

Problem is, one still needs 50% to win. A split would result in keeping the other guys in .. not that they haven't already rigged the deck to stay in forever already even with GOP unity

Not necessarily. Trump gained support among Black and Latino voters. If that momentum can continue by convincing many people in those communities that traditional GOP and Democrats do not have their backs, a third party has a chance. That would create an earthquake within the Democratic party. If a viable third party is formed, I could see a fourth one as well.

There is potential, albeit it's a long shot, of a political realignment in the US. Dems have been successful in the past at convincing certain minority voters the GOP only cares about the wealthy. If establishment GOP start their own party, the Dems are guaranteed to be the governing party in perpetuity. If they join the Dems, that party to a split vulnerable to a split as well. Particularly if there is a nationalist, pro labour party.
MSNBC host Joy Reid and Lincoln Project senior adviser Kurt Bardella claimed that Republicans are becoming "radicalized" and that the GOP is "basically a domestic terrorist cell at this point and they should be treated as such."
The enemy is within the GOP. Seventy per cent of people who voted for that party would leave to start a new party. The Democrats can have the Lincoln Project Neo-Cons and they can split that party next.
This is why I think that if the Wall Street/Neo-con wing of the Republicans left and joined the Democrats, that party too would splinter.
There is a lot of Democrats unhappy with the direction their party has taken that may not keep quiet if they see the GOP split.
The great shushing of Democrats willing to talk about money
Quote
America would have a more promising future if the "secret lusts" of centrist Democrats carried the day.
I mean the lust for fiscal restraint.
John Harris, founding editor of Politico, used that language to headline a recent piece of his that details how "fiscal discipline has gone from being a virtue to a sin" within the Democratic coalition.
Here's Harris: "During the Biden transition, the long-time Democratic policy expert Bruce Reed saw his hopes of serving in the new administration imperiled by persistent rumors — subsequently confirmed by news organizations — that a decade ago he was intimately involved with the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform. Whoa ...Talk about TMI."
It's funny because it's true. The very notion of debt and deficits as constraining realities, much like the legislative filibuster and other consensus-demanding mechanisms in government, is a barrier to legislative freedom and to progress in the prevailing Democratic outlook

Big tech and the Dem party are one and the same.
Biden Silent Over Big Tech Suspensions Because He 'Benefits From the Censorship,' Banned Journalist Says
After he was suspended from Twitter this week, journalist Paul Sperry said the White House is silent over Big Tech censorship because it benefits certain politicians.
Sperry told The Epoch Times that President Joe Biden has been "silent" about companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Google taking action against certain accounts—namely conservatives—because he "benefits from the censorship."
"In fact, he's in the White House now largely because Twitter blocked the New York Post's scoops about the Biden family's shady foreign dealings and influence peddling in Communist China and Ukraine," Sperry said, referring to the Post's reports and other reports that claimed his family members' including son and brother, business dealings in China and Ukraine. Biden, during the 2020 campaign, denied the allegations that he did anything untoward and said he had no knowledge of his family's business ties.
"Twitter has a monopoly that makes it hard for smaller alternative platforms to compete. Unless deep-pocketed conservatives open up their wallets and invest in competitors, Twitter will dominate political social media and remain the liberal bullies on the block," he remarked in an email, while adding that it's unlikely that Section 230 of the federal Communications Decency Act will be repealed.

A venture capitalist who 'Team Biden' sought to develop as a potential donor was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Thursday on a slew of federal charges, including illegal foreign lobbying.
Imaad Zuberi cultivated ties to the highest levels of the U.S. government and met with Joe Biden and Barack Obama during their administration.
A longtime adviser to Joe Biden urged Hunter Biden in 2012 to stay in contact with Zuberi in order to bring him 'a little closer to Team Biden.'
Zuberi lobbied for the Sri Lankan government.

Obama reportedly said Pete Buttigieg couldn't win presidency because 'he's gay' and 'short'

In October 2019, former President Barack Obama reportedly told a group of wealthy black donors that former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg didn't stand a chance to win the presidency because "he's gay" and "short."
Details of the New York City fundraising event at which Obama allegedly made the controversial remarks are spelled out in a new book about the 2020 presidential election called, "Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency," co-authored by The Hill's Amie Parnes and NBC's Jonathan Allen.

Judicial Watch Sues to Get Content of Pelosi's Call With Gen. Milley
https://conservativebrief.com/sues-to-get-content-36515/?utm_source=CB&utm_medium=The%20Conservative%20Standard&fbclid=IwAR3tF5840vc-sq3JuH1LlZwWIo1E-MqxkyUOmJ0CdXypWuf5RyEnMX5rcek
Legal watchdog organization Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to gain access to the contents of a phone call in January between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman U.S. Army Gen. Mark Milley.
Judicial Watch announced the lawsuit earlier this week, noting that the call between the California Democrat and the country's top military officer to discuss the authorities of a current president — in this case Donald Trump — sets a "dangerous precedent" that could impact future commanders-in-chief.
The organization said it had already attempted to discover the contents of the Jan. 8 call in a request to the Defense Department on Jan. 11 but has not heard back from the Pentagon.
Shortly after the phone call with Milley, which came two days after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, Pelosi discussed the intent of her call in a communique to congressional Democrats.
"This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike," Pelosi wrote in her letter.
"The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy," she added.
"As you know, there is growing momentum around the invocation of the 25th Amendment, which would allow the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet to remove the President for his incitement of insurrection and the danger he still poses," Pelosi added.
"Yesterday, Leader Schumer and I placed a call with Vice President Pence, and we still hope to hear from him as soon as possible with a positive answer as to whether he and the Cabinet will honor their oath to the Constitution and the American people," she continued.
Without question, the phone call to the Pentagon chief to relieve Trump of his nuclear codes is unprecedented in the modern era, not to mention completely inappropriate considering Milley had no authority whatsoever to do so or negate Trump's role as commander-in-chief any more than he can now do so regarding Joe Biden, who is obviously a candidate for the 25th Amendment.
And in fact, the Pentagon made that quite clear following the call.
"If Speaker Pelosi's description of her conversation with General Milley is true, it sets a dangerous precedent that could undermine the president's role as commander in chief and the separation of powers," Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said.
"Our new lawsuit aims to uncover the truth about the call," Fitton added.
The suit is requesting access to "any and all records" pertaining to the phone call, as well as "any and all additional records" of any communications they had between Nov. 1, 2020, two days before the election, and the present day.
It's not clear if Trump was ever actually denied access to the nuclear launch codes.
That said, on Jan. 13, the House — acting on the false claim that Trump 'incited an insurrection' — impeached Trump for the second time.
Judicial Watch filed the suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the organization said.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday defended the decision to allow the U.S. House to intervene in an Iowa election that had already been certified by the state.
Well, it was six votes," Pelosi told ABC's George Stephanopoulos during an appearance on "This Week."
"There was a razor close election," Stephanopoulos began. "The votes were counted, recounted, certified by the state, but there's a process that could lead to unseating the congresswoman, and Republicans are accusing you of hypocrisy."
Stephanopoulos went on to share a tweet from Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, who said, "Speaker Pelosi says she's open to unseating Republican Congresswoman Miller-Meeks. Translation: You're only allowed to object to an election if you're a Democrat."
"Why investigate an election that was certified by the state?" Stephanopoulos asked.

Meghan Markle is eyeing presidential campaign, talking to top Democrats
Just one week after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry went public with steamy allegations against the British royal family, new reports suggest that Markle could use notoriety from her interview with Oprah Winfrey to springboard a presidential campaign.
The Daily Mail reported Sunday that a senior figure in the Labour Party — whom the paper described as "a veteran of Tony Blair's Downing Street administration with strong links to Washington" — said Markle is networking with top Democrats with the aim of building a future presidential campaign and fundraising apparatus.
"The Blairite, internationalist and Democratic party networks are buzzing with talk about Meghan's political ambitions and potential backers," the source said.
The source further explained that Markle is looking to run as early as 2024, citing the fact that President Joe Biden will be 82 years old by then, according to the Daily Mail.
However, Markle would have to battle Democratic Party stars like Vice President Kamala Harris if she wants a legitimate shot at the White House.
What happened before?
After Markle and Prince Harry urged Americans to "reject hate speech" and participate in the 2020 election, Vanity Fair reported last year that Markle has political ambitions that include the White House.

Red States Lead the Way in Economic Recovery and Employment
Red states are leading the charge in economic recovery, as measured by 2020 fourth quarter gross domestic product (GDP) numbers and February 2021 unemployment rates, according to new government figures released Friday.
The top three states in quarter-over-quarter growth, South Dakota (9.9 percent), Texas (7.5 percent), and Utah (7.1 percent) are under Republican trifectas, with GOP control of both state legislative chambers and the governorships.
"The Texas economy is on 🔥🔥🔥" the Lone Star state's Republican governor Gregg Abbott announced on Twitter. "That means more jobs & more prosperity for Texans," he added.
Kim Reynolds, the GOP governor of Iowa (6.3 percent), took to social media in a similar vein, calling Iowa "the #1 state for opportunity" and reinforcing its reluctance to lock down: "Had kids back in school since August."

Democrats Will Kill the Goose That Lays the Golden Vaccines
Thanks to a unique partnership between public sector investment at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and a robustly capitalized private sector biopharmaceutical industry, the United States has created an engine for new cures and treatments that is the envy of the world.
Both parts of this engine are essential. NIH funds the basic science that identifies promising leads for drug development, and the private sector takes those findings and sees if they can be used to develop new treatments. This latter step must be funded by the private sector because it can move much faster and more creatively than the public sector's grant application process—and there is simply more money in the private economy than in the public sector.
The value of this public private partnership has just been proven in a spectacular way. Thanks to the ambitious streamlining of regulations and other initiatives in President Trump's Operation Warp Speed, biopharmaceutical companies were able to rapidly take a theory developed with publicly financed research into mRNA and use the private sector's considerable resources and agility to develop vaccines for COVID-19 less than a year after it was first identified. NIH Director Francis Collins was right when he called the speed "breathtaking" and said that the Trump administration deserves credit.
Now, even while taking credit for the distribution of these vaccines under President Joe Biden, Democrats want to destroy this critical partnership in the short-sighted search for a nonexistent reward.
According to The Hill, key Democrats, including Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.) and Rep. Rosa DeLauro (Conn.), are pressuring the United States to support a radical proposal at the World Trade Organization. They seek to strip patent protections for COVID-19 vaccines. Speaker Nancy Pelosi is also reported to have expressed support for this measure.
In other words, they want to kill the goose that lays the golden vaccines. It is hard to imagine a more destructive step for the current pandemic and future drug development.
First, as numerous experts have pointed out, stripping patent protections would not meaningfully increase manufacturing capacity. That's because there are a limited number of places with the infrastructure needed to safely make the vaccines, and they are already being employed to do so. Even Bill Gates, whose foundation is dedicated to vaccine distribution in developing countries, has said, "There's not a single additional vaccine that would have come out of [the WTO effort]."
Second, and more fundamentally, the Left consistently fails to understand the kind of incentives that their big government, anti-capitalist economics create. Even if new manufacturing capabilities are brought online, removing the patent protections will simply disincentivize the current patent holders from continuing to produce their vaccines once the wealthier countries of the world are fully vaccinated. So, without patent protections there will be fewer available vaccines for developing countries than if protections remain in place.
That's in the short term. Removing patent protections would also send a chilling signal across the biopharmaceutical industry, drying up investment and research and development dollars. This would delay or even prevent entirely the next generation of treatments.
This same criticism also applies to most of the Democrats' proposals regarding drug prices. They sacrifice the future to benefit the present—and even that short-term benefit is minimal.
H.R. 3 was a grab bag of destructive policies that would cripple biopharmaceutical development by drying up investment in the future. This includes allowing Medicare to dictate the price of drugs. The Democrats refer to it as negotiating prices, but the way the bill is structured, manufacturers must accept the government's suggested prices or face punitive taxes on the gross sales of the drugs.
Defenders of this idea protest that in other countries, governments set the prices of drugs. This is true. It is also true that these same government routinely refuse to pay for drugs that are available to patients in the United States. That's because the government is only interested in paying what a drug is worth to the government, not to patients. Patients in those countries, at least, do have some recourse: They can come to America to be treated.
But if America follows the same path, where will American patients go to get treatments that are never developed? Where will we go if Democrats kill the goose that lays the golden eggs?

The world owes a debt of gratitude to President Trump and Operation Warp Speed.

During the past year, obedience to politicians, their cherry-picked experts and government bureaucrats has been demanded of Americans as a patriotic duty — all in the name of science. From no corner have these calls been louder, more frequent and expressed with greater opprobrium, than from members of the Democratic Party – the self-proclaimed "Party of Science."
Americans have been insulted, censored, shouted down and physically attacked for requesting empirical evidence before agreeing to imprison themselves in their homes, abandon interpersonal contact, shutter their businesses, sacrifice their children's education and walk around with condensation-laden glasses – all imposed with the imprimatur of "science." This, despite the knowledge that absent effective vaccines, there was little we could do to alter the epidemic's ultimate course.
Alas, the data is in. States that took a balanced approach to the epidemic fared as well or better than those that imposed prolonged, stringent, economy-crushing and unemployment-inducing lockdowns.
Florida, with its large elderly population, took a targeted but liberal path and is 27th among states in its COVID-19 population death rate. Florida's 1605 deaths per million people is much lower than that of New York (2668 deaths/million), New Jersey (2,833 deaths/million) and Michigan (1802 deaths/million), and only modestly higher than that of much younger California (1545/million). These latter 4 states employed prolonged, draconian lockdowns. Florida's unemployment rate sits at an impressive 4.7 percent, compared with California's 8.3%, Michigan's 6.8%, New Jersey's 7.7% and New York's whopping 8.5%.

Hmm
DNC chairman, Jaime Harrison says Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin — whose vote is keeping Dems in power — is 'against America'.
With the Senate as evenly split as it currently is, many political observers are wondering why Harrison and his party would put their majority at risk by attacking Manchin.
HotAir's Ed Morrissey is one of those with questions:
Put aside Harrison's dishonest spin on the bill itself, and just marvel at his political ineptitude instead. Manchin is the only man standing between Mitch McConnell and control of the Senate floor. The massive shift in Manchin's home state puts enormous pressure on him to flip parties anyway. And now the chair of Manchin's own political party is calling Manchin a traitor not to the party but to America on national television for not supporting progressives' performative bill — which has no chance of passing the Senate even with Manchin's vote.
Harrison probably shouldn't count on Manchin's vote for the Green New Deal, either. Can't wait for Harrison to call Manchin a traitor to the planet when that happens.
Democrats have said they fear losing control of the Senate, but if they keep up their attacks on Manchin, they'll have no one to blame but themselves.

The number of homicides in six major cities across the country has increased compared to last year, disproportionately affecting black people, according to crime data.
"We are seeing an uptick in violent crime across the country, specifically gun violence," Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava told The New York Times.
Of course crime has skyrocketed in Democrap run cities...It's "defund the poeleese" and "fuck the poeleese" coming from the ignorant savages on the streets as well as their political masters in government....And of course blacks are disproportionately affected...most of the skyrocketing crime is "black on black" crime...But we aren't supposed to discuss or even pay attention to that as once again, blacks are being used as pawns by their white, liberal, democrap, guardians....
Same old same old libtard, democrap, shit that has been going on since the late 1960s.

Edward, step away from the keyboard for an hour or two..
It's nice weather in Vancouver, go outside and get some exercise..
It'll be good for your body and mental health..
It'll also evict that big bad IHJ bogeryman that lives in your head.
Not sure who you are mistaking me for, but I am going to my vacation property tomorrow. It will be 44 degrees celcius in the Okanagan. I will be doing gardening in the early morning before it gets to hot. Maybe a bit of fishing on the creek on my property.
BTW, why are you changing other people's posts to say edward? That is unscrupulous.
You are being a sissy, fashionista. Outing only a couple people when they use alts while allowing your friends to trash people using alts. You are disgusting, and it shows how low all of your intellects are. You can't compete against people without using the mod panel. You lose.
You are in denial that your retarded daughter died because you neglected her.
Edward, step away from the Chromebook and go outside and play..
It would be far more productive besides being better for your physocal and mental health rather than hanging around here and VF getting angry and talking to yourself.
I had six women last week. The last time chuggie Eddo got rooted was forty years ago by a priest at a residential school. No wonder he is so jealous of me.

Kamala Harris' West Wing office is-gasp, a toxic environment.
Harris has become the focus of scrutiny in recent weeks after several reports alleged a toxic environment in her West Wing office.
"Harris' team is experiencing low morale, porous lines of communication and diminished trust among aides and senior officials," Politico recently reported. "In interviews, 22 current and former vice presidential aides, administration officials and associates of Harris and Biden described a tense and at times dour office atmosphere."
The focus comes after Harris took heat for abdicating her responsibility to take charge of the border crisis. Despite President Joe Biden tasking Harris with leading the administration's response to the crisis, it took Harris three months before she visited the U.S.-Mexico border. And even then, Harris only visited El Paso, a city hundreds of miles removed from the epicenter of the crisis.
What did the reporters say?
During Friday's press briefing, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked Psaki whether the White House is concerned about the allegations of an "abusive environment" in Harris' office.
In response, Psaki said, "I try not to speak to or engage on anonymous reports or anonymous sources."
But that's not actually true, according to Bloomberg News reporter Jennifer Jacobs. In fact, Jacobs, who covers the White House, said Psaki routinely engages in "anonymous briefings" herself.
But not so fast, said reporters from the New York Times, Bloomberg, the Los Angeles Times, and Politico.
New York Times' Peter Baker: "Point taken. And this is true with every White House. But with all respect, why should 'providing details on a policy announcement' be done anonymously in a transparent and open democratic society?"
Bloomberg's Gregory Korte: "Arguably granting anonymity to people who could lose their jobs for talking to the press is more defensible than anonymity for people whose *job* it is to speak to the press. Speaking 'on background' about administration policy is a weird D.C. practice I've never understood."
Politico's Nahal Toosi: "Actually, shouldn't you have even less of a reason to be anonymous if you're simply 'providing details on a policy announcement...'?"
Los Angeles Times' Molly O'Toole: "Everyone doesn't know difference between these ex of anonymity, because there isn't one: Both are abuses of anonymity, which should be rare & reserved for serious risk of physical or prof harm (for whistleblowers, not politics). Attacks & answering media questions(?!) not valid."

She will be the domocRAT nominee in 2024. Social media oligarchs will do everything they can to make her the winner.
Anyone with half a brain knew that Dems would use this to blame, shame, and silence their opposition.
A top-ranking Democrat who will serve on the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol appears to have confirmed Republican suspicions that the investigation will be wielded as a political weapon against the GOP.
How dare Manchin not surrender to the extremist agenda.
Democrats freak out over leaked video showing GOP lawmakers praising Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema
Progressive pundits appear furious and are making renewed calls to abolish the Senate filibuster after video was leaked of Republican lawmakers telling conservative activists to praise moderate Democratic senators.
Democratic activist Lauren Windsor on Friday posted a video of Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) telling a group of conservatives that the Senate filibuster is preventing President Joe Biden from accomplishing the most radical parts of his progressive agenda. In the video, he credits Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) with preserving the the filibuster.
"The reality is they're pushing as far as they can," Biggs said of the Democrats. "Fortunately for us, the filibuster is still in effect in the Senate. Without that we would be dead meat."
"Thank goodness for Sinema and Joe Manchin," he added, praising the two Democrats in the Senate who have consistently opposed calls from progressive activists to abolish the filibuster.
Another Republican who speaks in the video, Rep. Bryon Donalds (R-Fla.), urged the conservative audience to call Manchin and Sinema's offices in Washington, D.C., to thank them for standing firm.

Democratic strategist James Carville forecasted electoral disaster for Democrats in upcoming elections if they refuse to address people's needs by continuing to push a far-left "woke" agenda.
Responding to the fact that former President Donald Trump won a greater share of support from urban black and Hispanic voters in 2020 than he did in 2016, Carville said, "People want candidates to address their lives."
According to Carville, the majority of Democratic voters disagree with the "noisy identity left," which he estimated to be just 15% of Democrats. The problem with the vocal minority, Carville explained, is they don't win elections.
"The overwhelming number of Democrats, the most important constituents in our party, are blacks and suburban women, they're not into this, all right?" Carville said.
"We're letting a noisy wing of our party define the rest of us. And my point is we can't do that," he continued. "I think these people are kind of nice people. I think they're very naive and they're all into language and identity, and that's all right. They're not storming the Capitol, but they're not winning elections. And I think people ought to see this for what it is."
"People are way more interested in their lives and how to improve them than they are in somebody else's pronouns," he added.

Is there an analogy to be made between Jan.6 and Kent State University in 1970? You decide.
The Real Story of January
On July 27, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's select committee to investigate events surrounding the Jan. 6 protests at the Capitol will hold its first hearing. The panel is part of a broader effort to paint the demonstration as an "insurrection," and thereby characterize nearly 75 million Donald Trump voters as "domestic terrorists." But there's another reason Pelosi and her colleagues, law enforcement, and the press are pushing the insurrection narrative—to cover up the one obvious crime committed that day in the Capitol building, a murder.
See it in context: On May 4, 1970, Ohio National Guardsmen shot to death four Kent State University students protesting the Vietnam War. Events earlier that week set the stage for violent confrontation. The radicals who dominated the protest movement were not angels. They threw beer bottles at policemen. The campus ROTC was set on fire. Students threw rocks, too, sending one policeman to the hospital. After the students failed to disperse, the Guardsmen took their positions to fire.
No one except historians of the period remember any of what led to the massacre because the most salient fact is that uniformed Americans shot dead four unarmed protestors in cold blood. That's why the Kent State shooting is one of the darkest moments in U.S. history.
The Jan. 6 shooting of an unarmed protestor in the Capitol building also shocks the conscience of the nation. However, legal and political measures, and the media's false accounts of Jan. 6, have been employed to bury the murder of Ashli Babbitt and shield the identity of the U.S. Capitol Police officer who killed her.
Charges have been brought against hundreds of Trump supporters for their actions during the protest. Dozens have been detained without bail in a Washington, DC jail for non-violent offenses, some of them misdemeanors, like trespassing. Federal and Washington, DC authorities refuse to make public the entirety of the 14,000 hours of videotape in possession of the U.S. Capitol Police and instead leak clips to the press selectively edited to put the protestors in the worst possible light.
And what of the plainclothes policeman who drew his weapon on Ashli Babbitt and shot her in the throat? After a cursory investigation, local and federal law authorities declined any further action. And with that, Democratic Party officials and the press made the most important fact of Jan. 6 disappear. Because Republican officials are scared the media will tar them as "insurrectionists," too, they have made no effort to hold anyone accountable for the most gruesome crime ever committed in their place of work.
Republicans have shown their side little loyalty in the six months since the protests. Though vocal, for instance, in their defense of Cuban democracy activists, only a handful of GOP officials have said anything about the Biden administration's political prisoners. And thus Pelosi knew that her committee would put House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy in a bind.
If he appointed members to it, he'd be legitimizing another witch-hunt, like the special counsel investigation and the two impeachment inquiries, heading into 2022 midterms. On the other hand, boycotting the committee would give the Democrats an open field.
She is counting on public hearings to showcase the GOP's weakness and cowardice: If members will not defend the Republican voters who came out to protest for the leader of their party on Jan. 6, they'll lose. She's right but she may have overplayed her hand, for the opposite is also true—if Republicans fight, they'll at least carry their own supporters. To win, all they have to do is tell the truth.
The Jan. 6 narrative is the latest in a series of third-world-style information operations joining Democratic Party operatives, the media, and law enforcement to target Trump, his aides, and supporters. Info ops are designed to keep opponents tied down disproving details—i.e., prove Trump is not a Russian spy, prove he didn't offer a quid pro quo to the Ukrainian president, prove Jan. 6 wasn't an insurrection, and so on—so trying to fight it point by point is a losing game.
To date, the most successful operation spun by the U.S. media and spy services is Russiagate—generations of schoolchildren raised in Blue cities will be taught that Trump was a Russian agent. But it also provides an example of how to counter the narrative: Find the real story, then tell it every day.
In the winter of 2016-17, Congressman Devin Nunes saw there was no evidence to support the Russia collusion narrative. Rather than just contest it directly, he made it his aim to show the country and his colleagues that behind the false allegations that Trump was compromised by Russia there was a genuine scandal—the FBI had spied on the 2016 Trump campaign using political dirt funded by Hillary Clinton.
Getting out the truth and saying it every day, even in the face of relentless media attacks, galvanized supporters. The point of information operations, after all, is to demoralize the other side, so telling your story, the truth, strengthens and consolidates your side.
The story of Jan. 6 is simple—it's Ashli Babbit's story. It's the story of her life, her love of her country, and the Air Force veteran's service to it. Call her family to testify and then her friends. Call the men and women she served with. Tell the story of her life every day.
And tell the story of her murder. Tell it every day.
It wasn't Trump supporters who desecrated congress, but the officer who drew blood in its halls and those who are protecting a killer. Use the hearings to put them on trial. Make federal and Washington, DC authorities testify. Put the question directly to Pelosi and her colleagues: Why are they hiding a murderer?

Embattled Democratic mayor of Rochester indicted on weapons, child endangerment charges

Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren and her husband, Timothy Granison, have been indicted on new charges related to firearms and child endangerment. The new charges stem from a police raid at their home in May, when Granison was arrested on three charges related to drugs and firearms.
The Monroe County District Attorney's Office announced that Warren and Granison were each hit with charges of criminal possession of a firearm, a Class E felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor; and two counts of failure to secure firearms, a misdemeanor.
The home was searched by New York state police on May 19 in relation to Granison's suspected criminal activity. Police found a rifle and pistol inside the home, where the couple's 10-year-old daughter was left alone, according to District Attorney Sandra Doorley.
Warren's husband was charged with being part of a cocaine distribution ring in Rochester. Granison is accused in a federal complaint of receiving bulk quantities of cocaine from a co-defendant and then distributing it to other alleged traffickers, according to the Associated Press. Warren is not implicated in the alleged drug trafficking ring.

Never underestimate the stupidity of a West Coast liberal...It is not to be exceeded except maybe by a few Chicago or NYC liberals... But as a rule, they are all convinced of their intellectual superiority so just about anything, no matter how jaw droppingly ignorant, will drip from their swollen heads on to the tongue and out their huge gaping maws and they fully expect "YOU", the unwashed masses, to be okay with it.

A Democratic MichiganThe paper said state Rep. Jewell Jones turned in his new fundraising disclosure report Sunday, and added that Jones in a phone interview described the Pantheion Club — the Dearborn spot where the March 8 meeting took place — as a "lounge."
lawmaker reported spending $221 of his campaign money at a strip club for a "constituent meeting" to discuss "potential economic projects," the Detroit News reported.
Democratic NYC mayoral candidate Eric Adams rips socialist, AOC wing of his party. Fellow Dems warn him to lay off. And his fellow Democrats were not happy.
So they called him into a private meeting where they warned him not to attack the democratic socialist members of the left, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.)
The New York Post posted a video Tuesday of Adams at a fundraiser co-hosted by a Republican city councilmember.
During a speech to attendees, Adams made it clear that his archenemies were not Republicans but the left-wing Democratic Socialists of America.
"My battle is not [GOP candidate] Curtis Sliwa," Adams said.
"I'm no longer running against candidates," he added. "I'm running against a movement. All across the country, the DSA socialists are mobilizing to stop Eric Adams. They realize that if I'm successful, we're going to start the process of regaining controls of our cities."
His recently reported remarks echo what the onetime NYPD captain said late last month after winning the Democratic primary.
"Look at me and you're seeing the future of the Democratic Party," he said, Politico reported. "If the Democratic Party fails to recognize what we did here in New York, they're going to have a problem in the midterm elections and they're going to have a problem in the presidential election."
"We have allowed a group to hijack the term progressive," Adams said. "So what I'm saying to the Democratic Party — stop believing a numerical minority is what the numerical majority is."
What are Democrats saying?
Though Adams did not mention any elected officials by name in the newly published video, Democrats clearly believed he was alluding to Ocasio-Cortez — the infamous self-proclaimed democratic socialist (whom, the Post noted, the DSA calls its "foremost socialist superstar") who has led the cry for defunding the police — with his remarks.
So when Adams was in Washington, D.C., Wednesday — a day after the Post story broke — Democratic members of the New York congressional delegation "invited" him to a closed-door meeting, the New York Times reported.
During the meeting, Rep. Nydia M. Velazquez cautioned him not to criticize any New York congressional Democrats.

Bill O'Reilly predicted that like Trump, President Joe Biden would lose reelection because of COVID. People saw a president who could not put out an intelligent fact-based message about COVID and people will remember that," he explained.
O'Reilly later added that "Trump and Biden are one-termers because of COVID."

Report: Denver spends far more money on each homeless person than the cost of renting an apartment
A report on government spending in Denver, Colorado, found that the city spends far more money on services provided to each homeless person than it would cost to simply house each one in an apartment.
The report was conducted by researchers at the University of Colorado Denver in conjunction with the Common Sense Institute, a free enterprise advocacy group.
They found that Denver spends between $42,000 and $104,000 per homeless person on services by the local government and from local charities.
Those figures are far higher than the $20,000 per year it would take to simply rent a one-bedroom apartment for each person.
The researchers pointed out that the government was spending far less to teach students in Denver Public Schools, which comes to about $19,000 per pupil in 2019.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, a top member of President Joe Biden's Cabinet, will be targeted with articles of impeachment by an Arizona lawmaker fed up with the border crisis.
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) announced Friday intentions to file articles of impeachment against Mayorkas over the Biden administration's handling of the ongoing migrant crisis.
Biggs said he would file the impeachment articles in the "coming weeks."
In a statement, Biggs called Mayorkas "a threat to the sovereignty and security of our nation," citing the number of migrants that have been released into the U.S. despite being infected with COVID-19.
As a result of his actions and policies, America is more in danger today than when he began serving as Secretary. He is willfully refusing to maintain operational control of the border and is encouraging aliens to enter our country illegally.
Under his direction, DHS is systematically releasing COVID-19 positive aliens into our communities, subjecting the American people to unnecessary and avoidable risks. Secretary Mayorkas is failing to faithfully uphold his oath of office and is presiding over a reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement, at the expense of the U.S. Constitution and the security of the United States.

A new Fox News poll showed that more Democrats favor socialism over capitalism, in a sharp reversal from just a year and a half ago.
The poll, taken between Aug. 7-10, showed that 59% of registered Democratic voters who participated had a positive view of socialism, compared to just 49% who felt that way about capitalism.
In February 2020, when the question was last asked, 50% of Democrats who participated said they had a favorable view of capitalism, with just 40% saying the same about socialism.
The poll showed that 44% of Democrats had an unfavorable view of capitalism, and 31% had a negative view of socialism.
Of the Republicans polled, 67% viewed capitalism favorably, and 8% had a favorable view of socialism.
