That's nice, but foreign nationals from enemy states cannot serve in the IDF.

I know Arab-Israelis aren't conscripted.

If Israel's Arab population serves in the army, they'll feel like insiders and not outsiders.

If Israel's Arab population serves in the army, they'll feel like insiders and not outsiders.

Theire loyalty to Israel is suspect. Therefore they can't be trusted with the training they receive.

I recall Gaon posting about a proposal for Israel to trade majority Arab parts of Israel for majority Jewish parts of the West Bank. That sounds like a good idea for Israel's security.

Normally, the alarm bells would be going off like crazy.



But in 2021, as long as they say they are not terrorists, I see no reason why the israelis shouldnt trust them.

Arab-Israelis yes, citizens of enemy states, never. Serving in the army must be restricted to citizens.
