Is there any way I can get your help to identify this thief? He constantly eats fruit at my store and does not buy said fruit. I've approached this old (Chinese) man and he says he has a right to see if the fruit are edible. I've received complaints this guy also steals shopping carts from customers in order to save a buck! Does anyone recognizes him? Thanks!
