Really? It's a pity the political tone is such that minor savings are considered a plot of arch conservatism.
Especially since some of the ideas come from the Drummond Report commissioned by the governing Liberals.
Especially since,in Ontario, interest on debt is the third biggest expense behind health care and education; $10 billion a year just simply vanishes.
How did we get to this point?

The government does a lot of things and gives out a lot of stuff. It gets a lot of love in return for this, so is loathe to pull back.

All the hard work of the 90's when even at least one NDP government was more fiscally conservative(responsible) than anything we see today seems in vain. Any talk of cost cutting or not increasing budgets and you are demonized as "radical". I´ve met a few female job applicants whom do not seem to realize their age and dress up like a teenage girl in heat. When I´m actually smiling, that means I think you are a fool.
I know that "this is the 21st century" but that doesnt mean we are animals... Better to age with grace.
Kinda hard for a female to be a mother and try to look attractive to her husband at the same time.

Odie garners attention because he is flat out mentally unstable, sometimes violent, unintellignet, racist and socially backward while Joe garners attention by trying to look socially relavent, intelligent and civil. Also it's not just their persona's that clash their style of trolling also is very different.
Odie yammers and rambles endlessly like a mental patient; many times deviating from the subject at hand in an attempt to tie his bigoted point of view into just about any topic. Odie is constantly poking and hoping for validation of his idiocy and while I think he is very sincere in his views, his juvenile teenage antics are just plain dumb.
Joe is topic specific and simply drops a bomb in the form of a specific question or observation and walks away. Joe seems to delight in stirring up a hornets nest while silently watching from the sidelines and probably laughs at the very predicable reactions he gets from the VF crowd. Joe is a real and very good troll. He gets the pot stirred up just as he intends because he knows his audience so well.
