Polls are coming in now from Ontario. Justine is doing well.
Results are trickling in from Alberta.
Justine's party will have representation in Alberta and Saskatchewan thanks to the PPC.

Spoiler .. damn
The only question is if the Grits get a majority. There are a lot of mail in ballots to be counted yet.

There's at least one riding in New Brunswick that the PPC played spoiler and the Grits won.
The Liberals are leading in 121 ridings with many Liberal friendly seats in Montreal yet to be counted.
Maxime Bernier is in fourth place in his home riding the Beauce.

The CBC called it for the Liberals.
I thought O'Fool would have done better in the area around Toronto. He campaigned a lot in that area.
As of now Libs are down 1 seat
Predictions it will end pretty much as it started for them

Yes
Dr Leslyn Lewis won her seat in Haldimand-Norfolk. If the Tories hold a leadership review, I predict she will be the front runner.

This election cost six hundred million dollars and it resolved nothing.
The Conservatives have a slight lead so far in the popular vote.
yet again
BC may increase that ... like as tho it meant anything to Canada as it slides further down the sewer for more years
At this very moment it sits exactly as before - 157 - 121

Good point
There are quite a few ridings that won't be decided tonight. Especially in Quebec.
Well , at least my riding came through bigtime - even though against a strong well liked former Provincial top gun
I guess I shouldn't get cocky - there are still some to come in yet & we are combined with part of Surrey

It looks like the Grits are shut out of Alberta and Saskatchewan. The NDP get two seats instead of one in Alberta, both in Edmonton. Saskatoon West looks like the only riding in Saskatchewan that's too close to call. The rest of the ridings are Conservative.
The Liberals are in the lead in Calgary Skyview and Edmonton Centre. In every riding that the Conservatives aren't in the lead in Alberta, it is because the PPC is having a string showing.
It's over until next month.....mumicpal elections and the equalization referendum in October.
There lots of mail in ballots to be counted, but as of right now, the Tories are leading in the popular vote 34-32 over the Liberals.
The PPC might have cost the Conservatives wins in the Ontario ridings of Cambridge, Kitchener South—Hespeler, London West, St. Catharines, and Niagara Centre, as well as ridings in other provinces. The final count won't be finalized until Tuesday or Wednesday.
The Conservatives, Liberals and the NDP don't even mention immigration on their websites.
I haven't heard how Maverick did.
There are several ridings across Canada where we will not know the final results until Thursday or Friday.

Police looking at new Calgary MP after video appears to show flyer swap on doorstep
Calgary police are investigating a newly elected Liberal member of Parliament after he was captured on a doorbell camera appearing to remove his opponent's campaign flyer.
George Chahal, a former city councillor, won the only non-Conservative seat in Calgary, edging out Tory Jag Sahota in the riding of Calgary Skyview.
The doorbell video, posted to social media, appears to show Chahal removing Sahota's flyer in exchange for his own at a home on the eve of Monday's federal election.
Calgary police said Friday they had received a report related to the alleged pamphlet removal. It has been directed to their anti-corruption unit, which handles investigations involving public officials.
"We are in the very early stages of the investigation and at this point we have not yet determined if the investigation will remain with CPS or be transitioned to another federal body, such as Elections Canada," the police service said in a statement.
