There's nothing wrong about it either.
When in the UK, I was in the financial district where my daughter worked. I was waiting for her to go to lunch nearby. Whilst waiting, I thought I'd video record the area, because the last time my wife and I were there it was just a tattered industrial area, and she would enjoy seeing what it looked like now after all the massive redevelopment.
Within a minute of raising my video camera I was set upon by a police officer, asking me why I was recording the area.
Brits are very sensitive to video recording.

It's in Middlesex on the outskirts of London.
It's a common sight all over the UK.
It's because the clothes are brought in from Pakistan and India and are very cheap, and mostly copies of other brands. This "market" style of buying appeals to the coloured folk.

These markets are a British institution, long before coloured immigration flooded the country with people from Asia and the West Indies.
Although this example doesn't make it clear, white people also frequent the markets because they offer cheaper goods.
The fact that some are frequented by largely non white people says more about the surrounding neighbourhood than the markets per se, and the absence of integration by immigrants to white countries.
