1. IP block the Chinese and European IP superblocks example 202.0.0.0/8, 195.0.0.0/8 deny etc etc
2. implement an IP intelligence based firewall to block all TOR exit nodes ( the list is published on Github)
2. Implement a proxy server deny IP list
You do the last two because it will make the cretins less likely to impersonate others when they know their own IP address is exposed
we'll speak in private about how to make this happen at the server level
but I'm for giving guest posting a shot to increase interest
