lol, at Forrestmajor.
I finally found a translated adaption of the 1994 mini series of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms novel.

One of the greatest stories ever told and so far it is epic.
The remake they made in the 2000s was a lot more polished then this one, but this one has that grimy camera feel to it and the acting is a lot less over the top.
I'm a sucker for anything RotTK
I watched Pale rider last week.
The first Evil Dead movie it is cult classic and because the Ash Vs. Evil Dead series is on Netflix.
Watched Omega Man, Soylent Green and Logan's Run on Sunday. Love those old 70's movies.

Yep. The Richard Matheson novel's been adapted for the screen three times already.
The Last Man On Earth, starring Vincent Price.
The Omega Man, with Charlton Heston.
I Am Legend, featuring Slappy Smith.
Last week I watched John Carpenter's first film, the science fiction comedy Dark Star (1974).
Let's just say it's no 2001. :nea:
My husband watched Friday yesterday on Tuesday.

I looked up the movie 2001......it was released in 1968.
Yeah, Weebz, I've seen 2010. Once you get used to the idea of Chief Brody as a spaceship captain, the movie's fairly decent.
I've also read all four of Arthur C. Clarke's novels in the series (2001, 2010, 2061, 3001).
I could watch Papillion again. I know his story is all bullshit.
Serpico

I´ve seen it and re-watched it.
It is great.
It's good, but incomplete.
You'll only know this if you've read the book, though.
I hate this trend where films are treated like a Netflix limited series.
Make a self-contained movie, you lazy pricks!
