Thanks brother  ac_cool , though I have to admit the hospital staff and nurses were a bit concern when I had to go to the hospital b/c I went cold turkey for 2 months, which lead my emotional state down the toilet, but my doctor is really nice and even told me I'm a good man at least 5x during my final evaluation.

I know a lot of people who have mental disorders. Some talk about it, some don't. If they stick to their meds, they can live normal lives.

I know a lot of people who have mental disorders. Some talk about it, some don't. If they stick to their meds, they can live normal lives.


I heartfully agree too, without my meds my productivity would be close to non-existent.  During the peak of my OCD I nearly broke down a few of my PC due to reformatting them over 30x each month, lol.

He's genuine. If he was being a fake hypocrite, I'd have called him out on it.





He calls me out if I slip up or say something that isn't right. Like he really is a good man. I'm not there yet in my walk with God. My issues are with the church but it does not stop me from giving God all the glory.





If I were to tell you guys about everything God has done in both our lives, you would all be in awe. I just wish I was as righteous as my hubby. As you can see from me posting on a forum like BF, I have a long way to Go.

That's the part I don't understand - God created man to be incapable of not committing sin so the only way for man to get into heaven is to worship God and beg to be forgiven for his sins. God's a bit egotistical isn't he?

Sin entered the cosmos due to an act of rebellion against God, not because God created sin.

Fash, my biggest issue with the bible is that a lot of the books that used to be there were removed by the Council of Nicaea during the 3rd century AD.



It's a wonderful book and humanity improved and benefitted a lot from it spiritually.



But my guess is that they needed a simpler version because back then we were much simpler people.



Just like in other religions and cultures, the belief that the spirit could return to a body to continue their evolution was also present in early Christianism.



But that belief itself was "bothersome" to Emperor Constantine's wife, who personally had any mention of it removed from the final version chose by the council.



But there's a reason for that and God allowed it to happen for a reason. People tend to procrastinate spiritually too.

Sin is the bond we create with earthly pleasures that are basically hormones released by the brain.



People who lives their live dedicated entirely to these bonds suffer immensely when they lose their flesh vessel.



On the other hand, people who get pleasure from doing good deeds, people who are loving and selfless, people who achieve a real connection with God, live a true heaven when they disincarnate.



These kinds of acts are easily doable in spiritual form and they're the difference between being happy or miserable in the afterlife.

The Protestant church generally does not believe these books are inspired and therefore canonical, that is authoritative and deserving to be a part of the Bible as the Word of God..



The books in question are considered apocryphal in most Protestant churches, but are accepted as canonical in the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church, and the Armenian and the Ethiopian Oriental Orthodox Churches.

Jesus H kid, I am really frickin sorry about that. I saw some awful shit done to women when I lived in Muslim shitholes that I need barrel wash to forget. I could not comprehend how awful that would be to be the victim rather than a witness like I was.

I don't know what I believe. I was raised Ukrainian Orthodox, but I aint been to church other than weddings and funerals since I was fourteen.

 During my drug addiction recovery that was a big part of my therapy. I knew I had PTSD....but I never really understood how much of my life was impacted. And I was young and still developing mentally.....so I dont have a great point of reference of what it's like to NOT have PTSD.



 I once had a period of depression and anxiety so bad I almost became agoraphobic because I couldnt hardly leave the house with out panick attacks. Once I got a taste of that opiate euphoria....it was such a relief.  I'm very grateful I had that fight with addiction because that's exactly what I needed to get help for my real mental health problems.



 I speak about it to women all on a voluntary basis at the program i went through and a shelter for domestic violence and trafficking survivors.  That's a lot of why I'm so passionate about this gender cult and men being able to just claim to be women and have access to places for women who are seeking safety and healing.

 You have to be genuinely convicted and experience sorrow and grief and believe that Jesus forgives. You have to be truly repentant.  Its cant be "it's okay if I do this, because I can just apologize later".  God sees right through and knows who is truly repentant.  Like the thief on the cross, who was moved and truly remorseful and Jesus told him that he would soon be walking with Him in paradise.



 If you are sinning with knowledge you are sinning with the thought that you can just be forgiven later,  even your apology is a sin.



 So it is very simple.....you can be evil(and we all are) and turn towards repentance and be forgiven. But it has to be REAL.  There is no fooling God. And also if you have truly repented....its God who moved on you to be so. He changes our hearts. Otherwise we would just continue on in unfettered sin with no care about it.

I moved every 2-3 years growing up because of the nature of my father's work. We'd go coast to coast and back until my mother put her foot down and said it was destroying us kid's development.  



We moved to our relatives town when I was 15 and my dad visited us every second weekend.... at one point he got flown in by private jet and the very small regional airport freaked out that there wasn't enough runway for it.... particularly in winter. The pilot laughed it off.... he was former military.



I had issues with my dad or the way he parented...but the way our parents managed a large family with needs, I respect that still...

He calls me out if I slip up or say something that isn't right. Like he really is a good man. I'm not there yet in my walk with God. My issues are with the church but it does not stop me from giving God all the glory.





If I were to tell you guys about everything God has done in both our lives, you would all be in awe. I just wish I was as righteous as my hubby. As you can see from me posting on a forum like BF, I have a long way to Go.

I heard it was hard to get a tourist visa for China back then. I heard individual travel was not allowed. You had to be part of a chaperoned group. Which was probably the case with caskur's cousin.

same job, all the summer hires got to go to this art exhibit that was taking place. so they have us pile into the cargo bed of a truck, we all lay down next to chainsaws and cutting shears as the driver is going 75 MPH down the highway, if he had hit something we all would have gone flying out of the bed of the truck and landed in the road. it was like some crazy scene from India where you have all these people clinging to the roof of a speeding train.



same job, were are again all in the back of this dumpster like truck that is filled with leaves and twigs that we just cleaned up, as the driver backs up he almost impales one kid on a low hanging branch, the next day we all have poison oak from laying on those leaves and twigs



same job, each week certain kids had to do garbage duty, they had to wear overalls and empty the park trash cans into the sanitation vehicle, those cans would be overflowing with maggots and the kids would be covered in fried rice and maggots. I had the physique of a skinny Asian so i never had to do that since I was not strong enough to lift that shit

When I first found out I was pregnant, I already knew if I was having a boy I wasn't going to allow circumcision.



 Its completely unnecessary.  There is no reason for it and it comes with risks.



 My husband was totally on board with this but my mother in law was already starting to argue it.



 I kinda knew I was having a girl though and thankfully it was a nonissue.  There was no way I was gonna do it and I didnt want to have to put the foot down hard with Babba.



 I'm against any sort of cosmetic body modifications on babies and children.



 I'm not so over board that I compare circumcision to FGM....FGM is intensely brutal and intended to destroy a little girls genitals. But circumcision is a form of mutilation. It's a cultural thing and completely unnecessary.

was taken in by police just shy of 10 with my best friend for trespassing and vandalism at the cemetery near my house at the time. spent about 8 hrs in a 6 x 6 cubicle til my dad got me. no charges but the damages were almost 10k. just say they weren't pleased having to pay that, no video games t.v. didn't get to go with any of my friends after school for almost a year, and i lost a best friend. his parents just said don't ever come here again boy. they moved shortly thereafter, so he went to a different school, and never saw him again. i later learned from a mutual friend that he repeatedly tried to kill himself after the move and finally succeeded at 17. he was a runaway living off/on/off/on the streets for a few years. that was a major blow to me to say the very least.
