Not full on depression, but I get a little emotional. This week has been like that.
I was gonna ask Dovey if I could call and cry on her shoulder, but I see she's busy spoon feeding Blandscape lol. I hate feeling this way. There is literally nothing wrong for me to feel this way.
My hub is out of town, but it's not like I haven't done this before for years at a time. Ugh

Awww,... everyone is down atm. I don't know why either.
You might just need to do something physical or are you stuck at work?

I'm at home. I work weekends.
You know life is shit when work feels like a break lol

				Have you tried cutting?

I think you should take old doc Herman's advice.

Erica needs a new vibrating butt plug.
The kind you hook up to your game console so it vibrates when you do stuff in the game?

Are you currently using that while playing Animal Crossing?

I thought the title to this thread was I get funky now and then. Did Flea change it?
Is this an example of The Mandela Effect.

Haven't played Animal Crossing yet, I'm doing my first playthrough of Witcher Wild Hunt right now. And I'll probably be doing it for the next five years seeing how massive the game is.
But anyway back to the subject I'm sort of manic/depressive but not so much it messes up my life. I'll feel moody and somber for a while, wishing I was back with all my old pals from a couple of decades ago but after a couple days I'll feel normal for a while and then I'm really happy and enjoying life and nothing upsets me and everything is great. Up and down and up and down... so whenever I'm down and feeling low I don't let it get to me because I know I'll be back up soon.

I need to recharge my battery once in a while. A weekend trip usually does the trick.

Do something physical... put a track on and dance... vacuum ... yikes... clean the shower. You'll feel better in no time.

Woke up this morning feeling kinda blah today. Grabbed some coffee and sat down in the chair to watch the morning news. Next thing I know I wake up in the chair two hours later. Oh well, cold coffee is good too.
Had the coffee and a lemon blueberry muffin (yum!) while watching the news and oh joy we're going to be in the 110's all week. Right then I decided nope, not gonna do anything this weekend, just gonna take it easy and relax. If the neighbors don't like the way the lawn looks then they can come over and mow it.
So I didn't do a damn thing all day and you know what? It was pretty cool. Sometimes it's kind of okay to get in a funk and take a break from it all.

How does grass grow in those scorching temperatures.

				Very slowly...

It actually grows very well if you give it enough water but I'm sure they'll soon announce restrictions on water use because of the massive drought in the southwest. I had desert landscaping put in and I only water it maybe once every three months and some of my neighbors have put in that artificial turf stuff. You can tell it's not real but it still looks good.

We had river pebbles for a lawn in Phoenix... us kids liked stirring up the chameleons and other lizards on it.

We had pea gravel at one stage. The amount of pea gravel in the treads of shoes and in the house was ridiculous.

When my parents were still together they owned a house in Arizona. Beautifully landscaped, but not a blade of grass on the entire lot.

I like Florida. The Arizona desert is an acquired taste. No offense Oliver.
