It was doomed from the start. It's disappointing. I have a Twitter account. Some unbiased leadership would have encouraged millions of peoiple like me to tweet more often or return to the platform.

Personally, I think he was hopeful that he could buy it, get Trump back on it, and watch profits soar. Once Trump told Twitter to GFY, that was the end of that pipe dream.

There were other factors too that killed the deal. But, he did want Trump to return.
