just delete the Poppy account since we know Emily did not change the password and the password reset fails to send an email, this looks suspicious on our PC tech end.

I heard about this, so I made a temporary new pw for Poppy..

I made a joke that a guest was Poppy locked out of their account but not only did no one get the joke, but they're starting threads about something that never happened.

It'll be fine.  It'll just give the Poppy collective more time to think of different ways to pretend Poofer is creating'content'.  They have quite vivid imaginations...
