I had it for months.. when I can get it... the gym junkies are taking it up and diabetics like me are missing out..... and we are the ones that are are supposed to take it.
Your stomach is constantly bloated and hurts even when you eat a small amount of food... and you get 6 needles in a packet, not 2.
I deem it as a waste of money and time.. try it by all means but it never made me lose weight.. I was losing weight on my own before I started taking it...
It'll come out one day it has hideous side affects or something... you wait.

They say you have 25 once a week for 4 weeks...
Then 50 once a week for a month...
Then you go up to 1 gram once a week for a month... I think the 25 milligrams is the right amount...and I didn't really need to increase...
