My area always seems to miss the dump...it goes to Vancouver, Maple Ridge and beyond. All the new immigrants online expect the city to do something about this. They also expect a better bus service during these times (as busses can't make it up steep hills or slide going downhill).
However...our bused have all season tires...to replace all the tires on our city busses to winter tires it is going to cost 12 million dollars....which they refuse to do...and I don't blame them because it only snows 1-3 times per year here....and tax payers are going to pay this....we don't need to pay 12 million for no reason....stay home when it snows.
