Can you explain what is the big deal with these anime conventions and voice actor autographs? I'm serious
They're costing me money. Is it a teen thing or what is the infatuation about?
No way...that makes no sense, I never pay for autographs, I'm not going to stand in line at conventions for $25 autographs of the Walking Dead or Game of Thrones, I just write them letters and ask for one, and I usually get one for free.
I rather have original anime art signed by the artists than some voice actors who are charging 25 dollars for autograhs because they are underpaid. For those who have never heard of this, here is a link that shows how you can get autographs for money and watch them being signed on a live stream.

I guess collecting autographs is like collecting stamps. Which I also can't be bothered with.
I do collect recordings though, particularly multitrack session tapes. I thoroughly enjoy putting them through a digital audio workstation and fucking about with them at length.
