I think most people join public or private facebook groups suited to their main interests these days or sign up on a big name website dedicated to writing/prose ect with thousands of members...forums are obsolete pretty much now. These troll forums have not gotten any new members in years. King Martini is obviously doing a long April fools joke at BF.

Chewed up and spat out and not without cause, albeit grossly overstated as was the custom of the community at the time. Say what you will about the guy, but my assessment is a truth I'm content to stand by as honest and accurate.
A few years ago, I was going thru a major hormonal imbalance. The ugliest depression ever and there was absolutely no reason for it.

The guy was put through the wringer, I made no secret of my thoughts on the matter, privately and publicly. If he treated you properly and with compassion, that would speak well of his character.
Others were less than charitable as you are no doubt well aware. I cannot condemn anyone in perpetuity for mistakes made decades ago and learned from in the interim.

I always like Brick's writing style. He's not stupid, which can't be said for everyone still around.
It wasn't shabby by any stretch of the imagination. Both he and SirSuperSouthern were highly intelligent and could turn a phrase when they set their mind to it. I wouldn't put him in the same league as someone like That Dastardly Man or Summer Of George, but neither would I dismiss him as another Nikita or Brent v2.0 either.
