I have not noticed this either.

By today's standards for 42 my "body count" is pretty low. I tried casual sex like twice and hated it.
I have to be in a relationship. Have an emotional connection. I was just living in a pretty sexless marriage where I slept on a couch for 7 years because there was just not the connection I need. And yes this was something that I tried to work through but...alas.
