Prior to this transition I need all over you to verify the current email address you have on file here
It's important that this email can both accept incoming messages and is still accessible to you, this is because the forgot password function will be one of the two ways you will be able to get back into your account after the transition is complete
Not to bore you with all the technical jargon here but suffice to say I am not bringing your passwords over as the dissimilar software packages use completely different salting algorithms to properly hash the passwords. So In short, The new software speaks German when it comes to the hashing and unhashing whereas the old package speaks Spanish. Won't work.
So between now and August please make sure your email address is updated
