Back in October, Judge Arthur Engoron imposed a partial gag order to prevent all parties from engaging in any verbal attacks against court staff after former President Donald Trump criticized a member of the judge's office on social media.

It should be a constitutional right to say your prosecutor and judge are politically motivated hacks and liars. It is all just free speech.
