Dr Lewis made smart cities sound desirable until about the eleven minute mark. At that point she started talking about autonomy. Smart meters for example, no longer means we can count on turning up the ac on hot days at peak times or the heat on cold days.
Overall, Ms. Lewis explains smart cities in a succinct manner. :good:
And then there is also the issue of hacking smart networks.
