He doesn't need a deal in congress. The president can enforce existing immigration law now. Biden should be doing that, but he won't. He needs those fentanyl dealers voting for his party.

Biden and Trudeau have refused to enforce immigration law, but for different reasons. Biden wants to make the Democrats a permanent governing party while Trudeau needs more consumers to temporarily prop up his inept economic record.

Who can imagine a value these people bring to this country other than to provide a name and address to be used in a ballot harvesting campaign?
You realize they do not need these people to actually go and vote don't you? Registering them to vote as soon as they are granted a state identification card is enough to start the process of a shadow ballot making it's way into the pile.
