I discourage  them from doing so. My oldest said he'd like to try it but I said no.

Unless they tried it while I was not around and never told me. My boys will do that. Haha!

Speaking about energy drinks and alcohol, definitely not a good combination. Just wanna share this part of an article:

"Energy drinks combined with alcohol are a potentially lethal mixture that increases the risk of drunk-driving accidents and injuries. The caffeine in energy drinks reduces a drinker's perception of drunkenness, although the actual level of impairment is the same. As a result, these combination drinkers are more likely to become highly intoxicated and four times as likely to drive drunk, according to a 2010 study from the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions' Department of Behavioral Science and Community Health. Energy drinks may decrease sensitivity to the effects of alcohol intoxication and raise the risk of serious harm related to alcohol."

Some people are quick to rely on substances like energy drinks or sleep aids.

I am leery of taking melatonin. I don't trust messing with Whore-moans . I believe that like taking steroids and human growth hormone, once your body stops producing them due to getting them unnaturally in unnaturally large doses that ones body won't produce them properly again

I had a forman who often took speed for extra energy however sometimes he could go completely nuts. I just avoided him when I realised that he was out of it on speed.

Gary, I have never used Melatonin either although it is available to me because. Somehow I can't get myself to take it.

The big Pharmaceuticals cartels are not interested in our health. They want money. I have very good reason to believe that there are cures for AIDS,diabetes many cancers etc... but these illnesses are big bucks to the big pharma billionaires.

That reeks of conspiracy, Gary. They will still make money even if they provide the cure because someone somewhere will still get the disease. Nothing will obliterate it for good. It's not a prevention but a cure. It can still erupt.
