The cops should have burned that filthy jig in the streets. In the good old days, the townspeople would have set on the jail, liberated this asshole, and hanged him from a tree, then took pictures of themselves with the corpse!!!
And another thing, the only "mental illness" is failure to promptly execute shitbags like this.
