....How does that compare to where you live?

I just found this out today after someone told me.

Actually I was kinda shocked cuz its 20-30% higher than last years prices:

The median rent for all bedrooms and all property types in Phoenix, AZ is $2,100.

My kid pays $2100/mo for a 2 bedroom apmnt in a town west of Orlando. I think its gone up $500-$600 in the last 3 years.
