Shouldn't they be stacking their own version of the supreme court so that this type of result doesn't ever happen again?

I'm very happy to see the French are finally growing a pair and doing what it takes to get back on track. As far as I'm concerned, they're no longer a bunch of cheese eating, wine swilling, anti-American surrender monkeys.
