'Deeply disappointing': Durbin calls on Austin to reinstate controversial plea deals for 9/11 terrorists

Sen. Dick Durbin called for Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to reinstate the plea deals given to 9/11 terrorists after they were withdrawn last week.
