I don't reckon it's smart to offer more taxpayer funded programs... tax and regulation relief would be more fruitful.
Seems to me that he's trying to make up for getting Roe overturned.

I completely agree. How much will it cost? Where will he get the money for this?
We must have TDS since we're not fully behind every policy pitch... :dontknow:

But let's be totally authentic here.....
I liked a lot of the things Trump did or attempted to do and never got done, despite no lack of trying... and then some things he did, I held my head in two hands nearly and went WTF??!?
It's not an all or nothing scenario. Anybody in office should have their feet held to the fire, and criticized if they go astray or in the wrong direction.
I think that's a healthy way or manner to approach politics.
Leftists think that nobody should offer criticism if it will prevent their candidates from winning (or rigging in their favour) elections.

Do I like all of Donald Trump's platform planks? Absolutely not. Let's be honest, he is a very big spender.
But, unlike his main opponent, he will protect freedom of speech. He is committed to stopping the weaponization of the FBI and other federal agencies. He will do everything he can to stop the illegal invasion at the Southern border. He will stop instigating foreign wars and making Americans pay for them. And he will restore sane domestic energy policy.
Trump is not my favourite candidate. But, the alternative is suicide for the middle class.

I've heard/read that many economists & business leaders don't view Trump or Harris' economic plans very favorably
DKG
DKG. Both don't care about curtailing spending & this in turn will balloon the US deficits which will encourage more inflation & the devaluation of the U$ Dollar. So the economic outlook may be grim no matter who gets in.
