My dear lil sis Erica Mena was a little naive to her machinations at the time but I was beginning to catch on (as you might recall I used to defend that lousy lard loaf). Hell, BF even monetized it at some point as I understand. I don't regard that as a sustainable proposition myself; it's why I wasn't about to return to BF when Frood pitched the idea at me a few years back.

Bro, on Thursday we stopped for a 9 hour stay at the Grand Turks. I rented some ATVs and me and my girl went driving around the whole Island which was cool. But bro, the way these people live startled me for sure. It's a small island with a population of about 4500 people and there's not a single fast food restaurant or pizzeria anywhere. And we toured the entire island. The local restaurants were total hole in the walls and looked more like Truck stop restrooms than anywhere you'd want to grab a bite.

Gas was 7.45 a gallon. I nearly keeled over when I had to fill up the vehicles before returning them. Not because I cant afford it but because this island is littered with poverty and I can't imagine how these people are making it.


Amber Cove was a total shithole. Never again. They had a giant pool when you first get off the ship with swim up bars but the water was dirty as fuck! Used bandages and all kinds of shit floating around in the water. Me and My girl ordered one drink a piece and got the fuck outta dodge.

Bahamas was Eh... been there over 50 times in my life so there  was nothing to see there that I hadn't seen already.


Carnival Mardi Gras was nice but several of my Royal Caribbean cruises were better. Overall I gave this 7 day cruise a 3.5 out of 5 stars. But I'm a hard critic so take that with a grain of salt.
