On Capitol Hill, it's 'back to school' all over again

Congress' next session is slated to begin Sept. 9, with staffers and members of the press already trickling back into Washington as lawmakers' "summer vacation" draws to a close.

Its not 'back to school', its more like back to the asylum.  Straightjackets in S, M, L, XL, and XXL.
