Chinese are buying property massively in both South Africa and Australia.
My uncle nearly bought into a US$2.000.000, 80 year lease on a small island surfing resort in Indonesia. But you need to take on an Indonesian partner, providing him/her with an income as well as those that follow, over the entirety of said 80 year lease?? The risks clearly outweigh the rewards.
Prior to signing the lease, Covid hit the world, and travel was crippled. This was just one unforeseen anomaly right from the outset. Now consider government telling you how to conduct your business, or even a WW3 type scenario complicating the arrangement? And more commonly...a business partnership going pear-shaped because the other party wants to rip you off?
Fuck all that.

The Russians are involved in the acquisition too. They're planning on installing several new nuclear power plants. The US originally helped build the original plants back in the 60's.
Plans for the new nuclear stations came a day after the South African government approved an agreement with Russian bank Gazprombank to restart a gas-to-liquids oil refinery on South Africa's south coast, which has been out of operation since 2020. Gazprombank is among numerous Russian financial institutions sanctioned by the United States.

The man in the video (I don't know his name) said the Chinese kids are pretty much worshipped because they will grow up, have kid/s ... the grandparents will be the babysitters while the parents work and bring home the money... it's a system that really relies on children growing up and thus giving them a future in old age.
These attacks on children by bad guys especially, is because, if a person falls on hard times, there is absolutely no help at all from the CCP. There is pretty much no mental help at all and families have to look after their own mentally ill.

A few months back, that guy brought up the subject about revenge killings going on in mainland China... then Australia had a serious attack...
SERPENTZA did another video explaining what it is and why it happens and how the Chinese people on the mainland have been putting up with this for at least a decade.
The video doesn't attack Chinese people, it's bringing to light what is going on and what is not being done about it...
Usually that guy who lived and worked in mainland China, married a Chinese doctor, had a child or children and now lives in the states, says, "do better China".

Sorry to hear about this Cas. Despite how might I sound, my beef and concern is more related to the smaller social issues and ethnics rather than the more serious or organized crimes.

The crime in the Philippines and Indonesia is mostly due to the poverty and corruption in both countries.
Every single country has a crime problem... no country can escape it...
Here is the difference. Some countries report it and make it a news topic and other countries cover it up.
If you think there are safe places then you are 100% delusional.
The culprit causing crime/s is drugs and/alcohol and people using them.
No country is squeaky clean.
