If he's really serious about cutting spending and eliminating deficits Trump should double the taxes on the ultra wealthy & then only provide tax cuts when they spend their own money on public works projects, factories, infrastructure or education. And any person of any income contributing to them would also get a tax cut too. So that way something is taken but something is given back to the taxpayer in the form of tax credits.

In other words incentivize tax cuts. Don't just give free money away to billionaires.
