Their asylum claims must have been mighty frivolous for that Lefty Kagan to have denied their appeal. I suspect that most other such cases are equally frivolous.

Yea. This actually shocks me BTW. I'm wondering if there's another shoe to drop or perhaps kagan staff may be coaching them to appeal based on the under the table notes they've probably just passed to them. In any case, I'm not buying that Kagan simply tossed this and moved on.

Is it not conceivable that she was constrained by the law and it's clear application in this case. In short, I'm not sure she had a choice.
Wow, I guess Kagan isn't really a liberal after all.
