It can be fixed... I took Critical Thinking in high school, that's why I can argue this premis from a position of pure logic. Get the judicial system under control and get to arresting anyone that seeks to pervert it; when you get rid of all these spannerheads in the works, it goes a long way towards making the immigration system whole again.
