The Supreme Court sided with a group of Venezuelan immigrants after President Donald Trump tried to deport them under the Alien Enemies Act.

"Under these circumstances, notice roughly 24 hours before removal, devoid of information about how to exercise due process rights to contest that removal, surely does not pass muster..."


If they're criminals no notice should be given before deportation. Otherwise yeah 24 hours isn't enough time, they should at least get a chance to appeal it.
