I tried going a full month without a forum, but I couldn't do it.

Thiel and I had a wonderful Pride month. We attended so many activities.

But, even though BF has a lot of gay older men, I missed all of you so much I had to come back early.

Kid, we have had Lebs in Western Canada for over a century. There are towns on the prairies like Lac La Biche Alberta where the majority of Whites(they are considered White in this country) are descendants of Lebanese Christian immigrants.

As for the more recent Leb immigrants, there is an organized crime element. There is a bar in Saskatoon that I know is owned by Leb gangsters.

Having said that, some Leb gals are smoking hot.

This reminds of something back in Edmonton.

There used to be a Lebanese owned coffee shop and bakery in downtown Edmonton I used to go to until it closed in 2012. Before I had my sons I'd go there with friends if I was in the city centre. They had terrific coffee and I'd get an order of baklava to go.

The owner's daughter worked there. I was 27 when it closed and I'll guess she was 3-4 years younger than me. She was stunning. Big green eyes, tall and very shapely. Big boobs, small waist, wide hips and a big round ass. In other words, your type of woman.

Anyway, she used to wear cut-off T-shirts showing off her big boobs, exposed midriff and skin tight jeans showing off her super curvy rear end and high heels. And she wore a hijab covering her hair!

His sister is gorgeous. I knew them when we were all children. We grew up in the same neighborhood. I was very close with his sister.

Since i broke up with him, we havent stayed in touch. He had a huge tantrum about how if im not staying friends with him its fucked up if me and his sister stay friends.

So i just cut them all out. It hurt but not everyone is supposed to be in your life forever.

But she was the one i really grieved the hardest. My kids really missed her too. Arabic men suck. No matter how "westernized" they seem...they are control freaks.

Ive become intense about staying in shape. I dont want to hit that point in middle age where the odds of coming back are slim to nothing. Then all ill have to look forward too is a cascade of medical tribulations. Diabetes and heart failure and weeping skin. 

 I have been extra the past few years with taking care of myself. Probably because year 3 living with the love of my life.

About ten years ago I was in my late forties and the heaviest I had ever been in life. At least forty pounds overweight.

I made the decision then that I better do something about it now before it's too late. All it took for me was laying off the bread. I am active. A lot more active than most fellas in their late fifties.

I aint saying one diet change will work for everybody, but it did for me. The point is always look for the easiest change first.

 My man is around 390 pounds. Mind you he is 6'7 so he wears it well.  He is turning 47 this summer and he has started really wanting me to start teaching him all my healthy habits and helping him.

 Which is cute because for years he would make fun of me and give me shit for it. He always accused me of being a dirty hippie because i prefer clean, eco friendly products and businesses.

 I have slowly converted him so well he just picks the healthier and cleaner versions of everything now without any prompting lol.

 Bread is gonna be rough to let go of over here. We at least bake our own bread here but still. Losing most carbs for a while would help him.

When him and dated back in 1999, i always...ALWAYS wore heels. And platforms. He still towered over me but i tried.
