It is a dang shame he did not win it in his first term for the Abrahamic Accords.
President Donald J. Trump just pulled off what the global elites said was "impossible"—a full CEASEFIRE between Israel and Iran, bringing an end to the 12-Day War.
➡️ In 6 hours, Iran will begin the ceasefire.
➡️ 12 hours later, Israel joins in.
➡️ At the 24-hour mark, the war is officially over.
Trump praised both nations for their stamina, courage, and intelligence—and made it clear: This could've been a war that lasted years and devastated the entire Middle East, but under his leadership, it ENDS NOW.
💥 No endless wars. No broken promises. Just results.

anyone who believed that a conflict with Iran equated to a ""War"" really needed a refresher course in 3 grade english
war implies that TWO entities are actually fighting
this is more like you or I pouring bleach into the opening of an ant hill. Sure the ants will get pissed and in their perception of reality do something that looks a lot like an attack. To them. But to us it's like, "oh cute, those ants there are pissed off" :crampe:

I want to state up front Mr Trump is not my preferred president. I am a Rand Paul Republican.
But, President Trump sets the foreign policy gold standard. He is so much better in negotiating with foreign leaders than all of his predecessors.

Jo Jo and I certainly knew Iran and America were not at war.

Trump knew what he was doing. There was never going to be American troops in Iran.
Like old flea says, your president is gangsta.

He was nominated for it... four times so far in fact. And from my perspective, it is a good thing he didn't get it.
Think for a moment... what legitimacy do those awards actually enjoy nowadays. Fuxake, they nominated O'Bummer eleven fucking days into his presidency, presumably for being "black" because let's face it, what else could he have accomplished in that time? Eight and a half months later when they actually awarded it to him, they claimed it was for "strengthening international diplomacy" which sounds like a total crock to me given how many civilians the warmongering yard ape deleted on the back of an expanded drone strike program.
So in the balance... I'm not a fan of that corrupted institution. No respect for it whatsoever and quite frankly, the only reason I'd want to see Trump awarded that dubious "honour" would be to see him reject it outright, perhaps inviting the judges to shove it sideways up their blurters.
It would also give the left something of little consequence to bitch about; that he was awarded it in the first place AND that he told those that tried to give their precious attaboy to him to take a flying fuck at a rolling donut.
I would cheer. I imagine a few of us would.
Trump should have won the Nobel prize in his first term with the Abraham Accords. But, like guest says, the Nobel prize is a joke now.

I think it was dipshit Rand Paul that said war with Iran would make war with Iraq look like a cakewalk. What a fukin loon! Lets just say we ACTUALLY did go to war with Iran. We'd decimate them just like we did to the Iraqis....not that I want us to do that.

Trump has accomplished more in five months as president than Biden, Obama and Bush did in their twenty years combined.

Someone was talking about Pete Rose in the hall of fame. Baseball hall of fame, rock n roll hall of fame.... who cares? Didn't the oscars just make the people voting for the oscars have to actually watch the movie?
Better for us all to celebrate what people do right like Pete Rose being Charlie Hustle while acknowledging no one is perfect like when he bet on games.
nobel peace prize < crackerjack box prize

I agree with the earlier sentiment: The Nobel peace Price was completely de-legitimized when President Reggin (niggeR) got it fo free!
The president, without having a single American casualty obliterated the Iranian nuclear program. Next the president is trying to figure out how to build a long term settlement here for peace in the .
Friends and foes alike have expressed skepticism in recent days regarding President Donald Trump's approach to the Israeli-Iranian conflict. Trump appears to have once again earned their trust by neutralizing the Iranian nuclear program, striking a tenuous peace between Tehran and Jerusalem, and securing a U.S. exit out of what easily could have become another bloody Middle Eastern quagmire.
JD Vance, who deployed as a Marine to Iraq in 2005, indicated that he "always wondered kind of what went wrong" with past military interventions in the Middle East. This recent episode in the region buttressed his understanding that the answer is "that we allowed mission creep. In other words, we started with one mission, and then it turned into another mission, and it turned into another mission."
This phenomenon would account, in part, for why the U.S. military was formally involved in Afghanistan for two decades and in Iraq from 2003 until 2011 — protracted conflicts that claimed the lives of thousands of American service members and cost trillions of dollars.
Vance suggested that previous presidents lacked the clarity of focus and the restraint that Trump exercised in recent days.
"You didn't have the kind of presidential leadership to say, 'We are going to do what we came to do, and then once we've accomplished that successfully, we're going to get out,'" Vance told Deace. "And what did the president say we needed to do? We needed to destroy the Iranian nuclear program. We did that, of course, with incredibly competent troops and, really, an amazing military operation."
I hope President Trump wins the Nobel Peace Prize.

They should take away Obama's that he won for nothing and give it to Trump.
However, the truth is that the Nobel Committee has become a bad joke. They lost all credibility when they gave the Peace Prize to Yasser Arafat. From that day forward the coveted prizes lost their value. Another casualty of political correctness.

Indeed it has.
