Giving away gas to 2030 - The Australia Institute
The reason I say this is that the green left in the province I lived in back in Canada used to make similar claims. We found out royalties were not only paid, but they were used to build hospitals, schools, roads, and produce balanced budgets among other things.
I think what is more likely is that royalties are deferred until investors recover their investment. That's how it worked in Canada for new natural resource projects.
I'm not saying UR wrong here Cas. I'm just saying they may not be telling you the whole story.

We have natural gas reserves that will never run out.... we couldn't sell our gas a few years back... everyone (other countries) were broke... here is the entire article...

How do I know if it's true or not? I don't really know but history tells me it's probably true...because we have a history of being givers and overly generous and we don't owe 36 trillion like the USA but our debt is 1 trillion and there is only 26 million of us...or probably 27 mil since our ridiculous country has taken in another million refugees this past year.

How do I know if it's true or not?
