Best horror movie runner up: Sinners
Movie that should probably win the oscar: Hamnet
Most woke garbage movie that should not win the oscar: One Battle After Another
Best Netflix movie that was 2 and 1/2 hours or longer: Del Toro's Frankenstein
Best Cable series: Dexter Resurrection, finally a good reboot that had the style and grit of the original.
Best Cable series comedy: The Rehearsal season 2 with Nathan Fielder
Best Cable series horror: It Welcome to Derry
Pluribus is also getting buzz, same guy who did better call saul, so may check that out.
Best Video Game: Clair Obscur Expedition 33
Best Book: Ummm, do people still read those, no idea. I heard The Devils - Joe Abercrombie was a good if you like fantasy/humor/brutal fight scenes but have not read it yet.

There are plenty of credible sources that claim we will not be making it past 2030.
I agree.. and sure hope so.
Some believe that it is A.I that does us in. My belief is a bit more nuanced. A.I will be a driver in the overall equation but it is not the sole factor. Our own greed will have destroyed our own economies and ways of life long before A.I becomes self aware and puts us out of our misery the way any super intelligent being should.
