Why in the world are we even talking about a second strike? Bomb these fucks two, three, four or as many times as is needed to eliminate them.

Oh but they were clinging to life !? And? that was a good enough reason for a second strike as far as I'm concern. they were subhuman scum and the world is a better place without them
