The Constitutional answer to this is to not interfere with Israel and tell them they're free to nuke Iran whenever they feel its needed. Constitutionally, we shouldnt be interfering with any nation getting nukes. Hell, we really shouldnt be in NATO or support the Ukranians. Europe should have to fend for itself 100%. The founders were against treaties of entanglement.
Now I'm actually for this to a certain degree, but the rest of America is not a fan of nuclear instability in the world.
I do want us to have enough nukes to destroy the entire earth ourselves at all times and fuck any anti nuke treaty tho.
