I think that some of the driving schools for trucking should be investigated. They're the ones getting paid to train people and it should be obvious that a student has issues with speaking/understanding English during the application process.

Precisely. And this is becoming another issue in Canada that we are not allowed to talk about.
So we put a shit stabbing homo in charge of transportation and within a few short years we have trucker crisis which has now -- what -- taken at least 10 lives ?
