What was the second half of the question?  Whether it has come up at all?  Why would it come up if I have no desire to be a mod?  I have made that point well known from the start of this transition.

Nonetheless, the question may occur to others, so let me address it.



I have not been approached to undertake any role in the management of the forum.



I have indicated that if additional moderation would be required during Canada's wee small hours, I'd be happy to help keep the house clean until day shift arrived.



Other than that, I have made it abundantly clear in certain quarters (who may wish to corroborate here) that I will not, under any circumstances, take any part in the running and management of the forum. Even if the two very intelligent and capable mods decided to leave, I would not entertain the option.



See, Brucie...the point is that if I ever did that, it would give you and your fellow idiots a reason to come here with derisory "I told you so" comments...oh, wait...you just did. My understanding is that this forum wants nothing to do with the past, and those who, in many ways, created the rift. Take you, for example. If you cause a fuss here, a fuss will be caused there.
