I'm a lot happier lately. I'm doing the half hour meditation every day. Sooo relaxing. No wonder Berry is so happy, it really works. I don't think ill of others (as much) I do my housework singing my head off, even the cats are happy, I'm cuddling them a lot more too  ac_dance

That's another thing, I've been cleaning and re organizing the house like crazy!  I just finished shampooing the whole house and switching a couple rooms right around lol

I can lower my pulse, and clear my thoughts better though.

I'm not so happy yet, but years of depression is hard to shake.

I'm just volatile, I think from my moms side.

My dad side was meek, and quiet, but could be pushed, and get overly mad.

Last few years i have been pretty mild though, i'm working on it.

Hey remember, anger is just a natural emotion, just use it in moderation like any other emotion or you get stupid. :)

Well I don't know what they where so nasty about, but it was the wrong time to start with me.

At that time I fought a lot, and had a chip on my shoulder. I never started much though unless someone else was being a jerk.

I was polite, and don't think I was threatening.

Anyway, my guess they where dealing drugs, or something.
