Very true. The autobahn is nothing like the ridiculous dirt bike trails we have in Canada where dips in the road can send you flying sideways through the air at 60mph.

Also the Autobahn has no speed limit on some parts, here we have them.
I drove 140+ mph in an old 71 mustang I had years back, not a new car.
Fat is the newer cars, viper for one, ZO6, and a few others I see racing on the Autobahn videos.

I had never seen a throttle control held at wide open throttle for that long, ever in my life.
It was a four cylinder Opel. 1.6 liter. Top speed at WOT? 160 km/h (100 mph).
In the slow lane, at 100 mph (160 km/h)... The two faster lanes were for faster cars!
Forever my life was changed.
