Actor Ryan Reynolds was the victim of a hit and run in the parking lot of the Shangri-la hotel, Vancouver police said Sunday.



Const. Brian Montague said he could not provide much detail.





Showing he hasn't lost his sense of humour, Vancouver-born Reynolds tweeted this when CBC reporter Richard Zussman asked him to call: "Put the Beachcombers back on the air, and I'll respond"



(The Beachcombers was a long-running CBC show that went off the air in 1990, 25 years ago.)

He has that boyish, juvenile look going on. Not too manly to me.
