Title: Does God Really Care?

Does God really give a crap if you go to church or not?  How necessary is church going to gain entrance to the Kingdom of Heaven anyway?

I've never belonged to a church.  Growing up, mom didn't care for it and so none of us went. I did go to church with a friend and her family after sleeping over. The parents really wanted me to experience what church was like. It was ok, but I got bored after an hour sitting on a hard wooden bench. At the end I got to go up and have a communion wafer which tasted like a plain rice cracker.  I have no idea if God exists or how many there are if at all. I do believe our ancestor's watch out for us and are "around".

I´m lutherin but I dont go to church..



I hate those fucking whiny little heathens who demand special treatment while theres a church service in schools and in the army.



I had to organize some other activity for them.. Extra headache for me.



Special treatment... Thats what germans said to jews. I made sure they spent eternity doing shit jobs.

Whatever you believe in is all that matters. Where, how or who you worship also doesn't matter. Does going to church, temple, mosque, or grove make your prayers more clearly heard or does it make you more worthy in the eyes of your God? No it does not.

Actually I'm not sure if God exists, and if he/she/it does, what form God is in.



I'm gettin' ta think that the multiple Greek/Roman Gods weren't so far offa the mark, eh?

They all had imperfections, were jealous of each other, plotted against one another, played politics, like in Real Life.



And just like life isn't always fair, people don't seem ta be created equal or born inta equality, that's fer sure!



And I kinda liked the fact that they had a Goddess like Aphrodite that you could fall in love with, eh?

Actually, what was good about the old Greek Religion with its multiple Gods was that there were both Male and Female Gods.



They were always challenging each other, but at least there was a balance.



I kinda don' like the idea that tharz only a 'He' but not a 'She' callin' the shots Up there.



Maybe if they had two Gods, 'stead of One, might be better.



But of course, monotheistic religions such as Christianity and Islam don't allow more than one God, as it is verbotten.
